Terms of use

Last updated

These terms cover your use of this website. Booking a session is a separate agreement, which we will send you in writing before any work begins.

Who we are

The Keepsake Photography is a sole trader business run by Phibia Rizk, trading from Grange Farm, Grange Farm Close, Bedfordshire, MK45 4RS, United Kingdom. You can contact us at thekeepsakephoto.co@gmail.com.

Using this website

You are welcome to browse this site and to get in touch through the contact form.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or use automated tools to collect its contents.

The photographs on this site

Every photograph on this website is our copyright, or is used with permission. So are the text and the design.

You may look at the photographs and share a link to a page. You may not copy, download, reproduce, edit, or republish any photograph (including on social media, in advertising, or to train a machine-learning model) without our written permission. Ask us; the answer is often yes.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a booking and does not oblige either of us to anything. It starts a conversation.

A booking exists only once we have confirmed the date in writing and any deposit stated in your booking contract has been paid. The booking contract, not this page, governs the work itself.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are a guide to what a typical session costs and are not an offer. What a particular session costs depends on its length, location, travel and what you would like delivered.

We will always give you a written quotation before you commit to anything.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site as accurate and as current as we reasonably can, but we do not promise it is free of errors, or that it will always be available.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
